Ecoplat Turntable Stretch Wrapper
Infinity Packaging’s Ecoplat semi-automatic turntable stretch wrapper wraps up to 25 loads per hour.
This pallet wrapper is R-connect ready. This means you can monitor and improve your packaging performance through remote assistance.
Masterplat
The Masterplat is for Infinity Packaging customers wrapping up to 30 loads per hour. It comes with productivity improving standards and a heavy duty 4,400 pound capacity turntable.
Like all Robopac stretch wrappers, the Masterplat is safe for your operators. The Roll Carriage is positioned on the operator side of the machine to keep your operators out of the wrapping area.
The Masterplat turntable is supported by 28 heavy duty casters. Customers can increase weight capacity to 5,500 lbs. This machine was designed for a demanding environment. The Masterplat from Infinity Packaging includes many standard performance and application features.
Technoplat 708 CS/CW
The Technoplat 708 CS (Clamp, cutting and sealing unit) or CW (cut and weld) semi-automatic turntable stretch wrapper cuts and attaches the film tail to the load for superior load containment.
The CS and CW stretch film pallet wrapper saves 2 minutes of labor per load. For the average customer, this translates to labor savings of $29,000 over 5 years and $60,000 over the life of the machine!
Our Remote Control start allows the fork truck operator to start the wrap cycle while staying on the fork truck. This allows them to leave the current load to pick up and stage another load which improves productivity.
ROTOPLAT 508
The Rotoplat 508’s intuitive seven (7) inch color touchscreen makes it easy for our customers to set up the correct parameters for each of their loads. You control containment force, rotation speed, roping and banding at nine (9) levels on each load.
You can save the best wrap settings for up to six (6) completely unique load configurations. Your operator can then recall the appropriate program over and over with a touch of the icon-driven touch screen.
